Metal forming

The modern production facilities for our metal forming were brought into operation in 1996. They manufacture steel and aluminum edge profiles up to eight meters long.

The coil material is cut to size in a straightening and splitting unit, and covered with a protective foil if required ...		... and then processed into a formed part in a CNC controlled bending press.		Our qualified, skilled personnel use modern machines and all conventional welding techniques for working steel and aluminum.

The technical equipment of metal forming technology was expanded 2004 again with an CNC controlled bending press with a working length of 4000 mm, work piece thickness up 6 mm (steel) and table shears with a cutting length of 4000 mm, work piece thickness up 6 mm (steel).
